I am on another blog posting binge tonight. In some ways I want a certain someone to have something to read tomorrow at work. My last post a few minutes ago was over something very small and tiny that has become a huge interest to me. This post will be about one of my biggest interests: NEBULAS! I have included a few of my favorites below, and you really do need to click on them to make them bigger for the full experience.

This is the Horse Head Nebula. There are a ton of pictures of this baby. You can make out a sortof horse head shape along the bottom. It is one of the most famous nebulas.

This isn;t the horse head nebula and I don't even know what this is caled. But it looks more like a horse head than the Horse Head nebula.

This is the Witch Nebula. It isn;t as bright as the previos, but it is so complex that I think my mouth drops everytime i see it.

This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE nebula. Probably my all time favorite space anything really. This is the Fox Fur nebula and it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. For that reason it gets two pictures on my blog. It is named because it resembles the fur of a fox (o rly?) The texture reminds me of paint strokes.

I don't really have a huge interest in studying space beyond just admiring the visuals but I really would love to make a telescope. I have the specs saved on my computer, but I feel like the whole thing is just really above my abilities. Hopefully someday I can pull something like that off. There really isn;t anything like driving out to nowhere and looking through a telescope. You find a planet or a certain constellation and it doesn;t matter that someone else already discovered it because in that moment YOU discovered it for the first time. Good feeling. I sually have to remember to breathe again. I remember seeing my first shooting star (with my naked eye) right after I defiantly asked God for proof that he was there at all. Immediately a star shot off in the sky where I was looking. I have never wondered that again. After almost wetting myself I felt at peace. Anyways, the Northern Lights is also on my to-see list. ALSO! There should be some meteor showers coming up this year that I simply must see.

Life is beautiful.
